WHO WE ARE

4sight Design is a privately-owned exhibition stand design and build limited company based in Lincolnshire, UK. We specialise in delivering design and build exhibition stand solutions. Other services include supporting clients with complementary services to enhance their exhibiting success

We obtain information that you have provided via:

1. Enquiries submitted via our website using the “contact us form”

2. Enquiries made in person, telephone, email or by social media (i.e. Facebook)

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?

We will not keep your personal data for longer than necessary and for the purpose set out in the Policy. What information we keep will depend on the legal or regulatory requirements and industry practice. We will retain your data after the completion of a project to make the communication process between projects more convenient unless you instruct us in writing to delete your data after the completion of a project

We will only share your personal data with service providers and third parties

Service Providers:

It is sometimes necessary to share limited personal details (address and contact name) with service providers in order to obtain their services for/at the exhibition venue (i.e hire equipment and services, delivery/collection services, temporary internet/phone providers on site)

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions

We will not disclose your personal data to any third party, except as set out below:

2.Governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers where we are required to do so:

2.1 to comply with our legal obligations

2.2 to exercise our legal rights (i.e. in court cases)

We will not sell customer data to other organisations for marketing purposes

OVERSEAS TRANSFER
